The operations team at Turn/River is tasked with building and executing a marketing/sales/customer success driven growth plan for each new portfolio company. To help lead the charge with each portfolio company we are seeking a Head of Go-To-Market. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing, sales, and customer success best practices across our portfolio. They will work directly with the executives, Turn/River operations team, and investments teams to lead the growth plan.

We need a go-to-market leader with a process-oriented mindset. One that will not only develop growth strategies but also roll-up their sleves and execute.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze companies during the due diligence process, by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team and market
  • Develop and execute a tactical plan with the Turn/River operations team to drive growth across marketing, sales, and customer retention
  • Partner with the CEO at the portfolio companies to drive forward the growth plan across the organization
  • Be the key leader and project lead between Turn/River and the portfolio company

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in B2B SaaS, software, or subscription business with deep experience within GTM at $50M - $200M organizations
  • Prior building and leading GTM teams
  • Successful management of the collaboration between sales, marketing and customer success teams
