We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives as well as other members of the Turn/River team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct and proactive administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings/conference calls
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Assist with completing monthly expense reports
  • Work on special projects as needed, including event planning for office events
  • Maintain organization of correspondence, reports, data and meeting materials
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information and operate with a high degree of discretion at all times
  • Draft information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Back-up other Executive Assistants and Receptionist, as needed

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management team, and external partners and vendors
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
  • A strong problem-solver with initiative to work independently to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent professional references
