We are looking for a hard-working, collaborative Revenue Operations Specialist at CoSosys Endpoint Protector. CoSoSys US headquarters is in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a field-based role; the person in this role may be based anywhere in the US.

About the Position

This person will be responsible for implementing and improving our predefined tools at CoSoSys and training the team on how to use them. You will assist the sales teams with reporting and analyzing data to help achieve sales goals. You will work closely with our data team, who is responsible for integrating and automating the systems, along with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

 Responsibilities

  • Find ways to analyze data and further accelerate revenue growth
  • Work directly with the executive leadership team to determine and influence key initiatives/objectives for the company
  • Oversee the vision of Salesforce and how it is connected to the marketing, sales, and customer success tech stack
  • Design and implement processes to make the go to market team more efficient
  • Build and maintain dashboards that will deliver key insights to the executive leadership team

 Requirements

  • 3+ years of revenue operations experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined 
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, and a variety of sales, and marketing software
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills
  • Working knowledge of Google BigQuery, Tableau, or BI tools preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in a SaaS, software, or subscription business
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, process management, and client-facing abilities
