We are building an operational team inside of our firm that will provide specific services to our portfolio companies.  Our team is responsible for building an enterprise focused, marketing driven, growth plan for each new portfolio company and ultimately driving growth for our portfolio of B2B SaaS companies looking to expand their presence in the Enterprise customer segment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop an enterprise focused, omni-channel, marketing driven plan that will help portfolio companies measurably increase enterprise sales opportunities & pipeline 
  • Analyze companies during the due diligence process, by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team and market
  • Oversee product marketing efforts, including market segment research and validation, messaging, go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging and storytelling
  • Develop and implement drip and nurture campaigns to move enterprise buyers along their purchasing and customer journey
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that attract the right Buyer Persona(s)
  • Redesign websites to attract our Ideal Customer Profile and for better conversion rates
  • Implement changes to paid and organic strategies and execution

 

Who you are:

  • 7+ years work experience in web marketing, product management, or data science focused on the enterprise customer segment
  • Experience working in SaaS, software or subscription businesses
  • Very data-driven, intellectually curious and numerically inclined
  • Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing, Analyst Relations (e.g. Gartner Magic Quadrant), Events / User Conferences
  • Experience with outbound sales support - have worked tightly with scaled outbound sales teams to provide air cover, materials, warm leads, etc. 
  • Understanding of Partner & Customer led co-marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management, organizational skills and process management
