About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a Partner of the firm. As a part of the Support team, you will own scheduling, coordination of both domestic and international travel , and project and event management as needed.. This highly organized and motivated person must be able to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with various internal teams as well as external executives.

The person who is a strong fit for this role has achieved mastery in executive support. You have developed a point of view on the ideal structure & set of processes that will maximize efficiency for both yourself and your executive. 

  • You are a master of the calendar and know how to optimize your executives time
  • You know how to navigate complex requests coming from multiple stakeholders 
  • You operate with efficiency, clarity, detail orientation, and a sense of urgency
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant change 
  • You enjoy collaborating with a talented team of administrative professionals 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and proactive executive support to senior executives
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings/conference calls
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Assist with completing monthly expense reports
  • Work on special projects as needed, including event planning for office events
  • Maintain organization of correspondence, reports, data, and meeting materials
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information and operate with a high degree of discretion at all times
  • Draft information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Backup other Executive Assistants, as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Experience providing C-Suite level support
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management team, and external partners and vendors
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
  • A strong problem-solver with initiative to work independently to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Excellent professional references

 

Location and Compensation

  • San Francisco, hybrid work model

Base salary range for this role is $135,000-$165,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
